What this is
Fleet Floor is a pricing and profitability tool for towing and transport operators, run by Marmik Towing & Transport LLC of Royersford, Pennsylvania. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
It's a calculator, not advice
Fleet Floor does arithmetic on numbers you enter. The floor, quote and verdict it shows are only as good as those numbers. It is not accounting, tax, legal or business advice, and it doesn’t know your market, your contracts or your obligations. You decide what to charge.
Your account
You’re responsible for the people you invite to your company and for what they enter. Keep your email account secure, since that’s how you sign in. Don’t use the service to store anyone else’s data without their permission.
Your data
You own the data you enter. We store and process it to run the service as described in the privacy policy. If you leave benchmark contribution switched on, you grant us permission to include your jobs in anonymised regional averages under the limits described there. You can withdraw that at any time in settings.
Rate sheets you upload are stored privately for your company and read by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) so the rates can be pulled out for you to check. The file is kept so you can open it again and is never shared with other customers. Rates from your sheets are only ever used for benchmarks as anonymised aggregates of at least five companies per figure, and not at all if your company opts out of benchmark contribution.
Price
Plans are billed monthly or yearly at the prices on the pricing page. You can cancel any time and export your data. We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice by email before changing the price of a plan you’re on.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service running but don’t promise it will be available at every moment or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Marmik Towing & Transport LLC isn’t liable for lost profits or indirect losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending things
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users. Either way you can have your data first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Questions to mark@fleetfloor.co.
